Oh yeah, I’m excited, a little nervous. You want to get a good start. I’ve been looking forward to it the last few weeks, to get going and face new challenges.
I missed it. In late August, you start thinking about the challenge in front of us. We’ve get a great group of players.
We’ll see how I do but I feel good. Physically, mentally, technically, it’s where it needs to be. But when the season starts, it’s another level.

It’s an unreal opportunity for me. Henrik is one of the best goalies in the whole world.
If you get the opportunity to see what he’s doing each day, before practice and after practice on the ice.
If you can add a couple of things from him to your game, you’re going to be someday as good as him.

McDonagh to me has come to camp I think feeling real comfortable about himself as captain of this team, and I’m seeing the same player that I’ve always seen on the ice.
He’s one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever coached. He’s a great role model, and I think he’s gonna have a real good year.
