Would not be the first time.

They were lackluster on the way to the postseason and ended up winning the cup that year. Not sure if this is the same thing, but I sure as shooting would not count them out.

Oh absolutely. If any team gets the benefit of the doubt it’s them. They could easily turn it on.

But right now they stink.

Yeah, same with NY and Toronto. Looking bad, but I am not about to start burying any of them yet.

I am not counting them out, but increasingly think they are a first-round casualty. Went over all the quick forwards they lost over the years in my head, and it occurs to me Jeannot is a replacement for Killorn or Maroon and not the Marchessault's or Gourdes of the world.
