It was more of a joke. I had another poll where I asked whos playing better him or Panarin. People were responding to the poll and comments that said they have not seen Zib play this year but they were voting Panarin lol.

I voted for Pettersson because you didn’t specify “this season only” so I have to imagine we’re asking who would you add to your team now and going forward. Therefore I have to vote for the younger guy with more potential.

Because it suggests Pettersson is better defensively than Zibanejad, which anybody who’s watched much of both players would clearly see isn’t true.
