I was planning on waiting till the Cup Finals were over to post this but I'm going to be really busy then with exams so I'm just going to do it now and assume Chicago wins for the purpose of the position. Now that I have my final rankings out I decided to also add those and my player projections into my mock. Kylington - Obviously a high-risk, high-reward pick. I think the Sens would be willing to take that chance for a potential Erik Karlsson type guy.

Novak - The guy is seriously underrated, probably by me as well. Good value at where the Sens pick him there and after a high risk pick round 1, they get a fair safe pick there. Ottawa could use another center in their system too.

Looke - Funny thing is, I think you were the poster in my last draft who said the Sens would look at him. They need a winger and him being Swedish is something I think Ottawa would value.

Not a bad day for Ottawa at all if you ask me.

Looke isn't that bad of a pick with whose left (personally would rather Andersson). But Novak over Dermott and Senyshyn is the one you won't be able to convince sens fans is a good move..

Fair enough. Like I said, I think Novak is underrated by most. I consider him in the same tier as Dermott and Senyshyn. After picking a D first round I think they should take a forward here (why I didn't pick Dermott). I also think Senyshyn would be a great pick for them but since I think Looke - winger - would be someone they are targeting at 48, they might be more inclined to take a C - which they also need - here.

Your picks would be good too, but I hardly think this is a "Yikes" or "Ouch" draft for the Sens.

Oilers own the Blues 3rd rounder (86).

As for the Oilers other picks in your mock, overall I don't hate it.

1: Obviously

16: If Svechnikov is there I think the Oil would have a hard time passing... However if we end up with Roy I'd be content.

33: This is the only pick I hate. There is so much talent, so many great players available Greenway at 33 would make me cry.

56: Vladar would be swinging for the fences. I don't hate it but there is still a ton of great players available.

79: Bourramman at this point would be perfect.

At the rink.
You are the first person I see that has Roy/Chabot/Zboril selected in the same order as in my mock. So I like that.

For the Avs, I hope that if Rantanen is still available they go with him, although it'd be a tough decision between the two. I would predict Philly to pick one of the two and Colorado the other.

Would love Garland in the 3rd round. Boom or bust type of player that can be the biggest steal of the entire draft.

Thanks for correcting me on the pick. As for your comments about the draft...

16 - I feel Edmonton needs to go for a high end RHD hence Roy. Svechnikov is definitely my 2nd choice there for them if Roy is gone. I just feel a good RHD is more of a need then yet another skilled forward.

33 - Someone is gonna reach on Greenway because of his size, I think it's Edmonton. There for sure are more skilled players available, but Oilers have plenty of that in their top-6 and could use a guy who plays a big strong game to make their bottom-6 of the future.

56 - Vladar. Edmonton could use a top goalie prospect in their system. They have enough other picks early on that they could afford to take a chance on a top goalie.

Very good mock and can't complain for the Jets but personally I don't know if the Jets are open to usinga high pick on a player they may have concerns with .

Sure Svechnikov played here but there still is more risk for a Russian than a non one . Not saying the Jets wouldn't draft him or another Russian high but I believe that player would have to be a noticeable notch higher than say White or Harkins or Eriksson - Ek for example . I believe the Jets are high on several USHL players and think it wouldhardto pass on Boeser at 25 for them .

Larsson has been linked to the Jets by several media drafts and he wouldbe a fit , I would expect the Jets to draft a C high this year and not double up on wingers if the draft falls as it appears it will .

I consider Svechnikov a step up on White, Harkins, etc. Add to that he is a LW - a position Winnipeg is fairly weak on outside of Ehlers - I think they will stop him from falling any farther.

There is a few guys I like more than Larsson there but he seems like such a perfect fit for the Jets. Boeser would be a good fit at 25, but I think at one of the 1st round picks they should take a D. Later
on they get a top USA player in Fischer who is a steal at that point and another position of need on RW. IMO they need wingers more than centers, so thats why I waited for the 3rd for them to pick a solid C.

No major complaints as a Ducks fan. I'd love if Boeser fell to our first pick, if not I like Eriksson Ek, Debrusk, Senyshyn and Roslovic as alternatives. The Musil pick is fine, I prefer Gagne's upside myself but Musil would also be high on my list at that spot. I'm not a fan of the Capiobanco pick simply because we have a lot of pick moving Dmen in the system already. Maybe the Ducks stick to that trend but I would prefer another forward or even a goalie at that spot.

Overall a great job!

I like Zacha but I hate the rest of your selections for the Flyers. They need high end talent, not a bunch of low upside players.

From a bruins perspective. Love the Meier pick as well as Carlsson even though we have that with Arnesson. But you can't have too, much d. Foley could be a good pick but we have that as Camara and to a lesser extent in Cehlarik. With this pick, we could go for a risk in David Cotton. Finally, the Kovacs pick is really good as he could be good if developed properly.

I was thinking on D they already high upside guys like Sanheim and Ghost so could use a big shutdown defender like Carlo. Obviously not a sexy pick with high-upside but helps out Philly in the defensive side of the game for sure.

Spacek and Roy both have some upside, but I agree, maybe I should have made one of those 2 forwards a skill type guy instead of a 3rd liner type.

Vehvillainen has been rising my goalie rankings fast. If he is available at 90, that is an absolute steal IMO and he has the potential to be a top-3 goalie in this draft. I think Philly could use a high end goalie in their system like that.

Odds are in this scenario, Canadians would take Boeser. Timmins and Bergevin like going to the USHL for their 1st round picks plus we need a sniper. Don't really know who Montreal would take but he seems realistic enough plus I would love Malgin in the 3'rd round.

I'm not that big of a fan of Cehlarik or Camara TBH and Foley is a guy who is really growing on me. Besides, the two guys you listed Bostons LW is pretty well empty from talent. Cotton is also I guy I see more of as a 4th-5th rounder. Thanks for the feedback though.

This is the best overall draft for LA that I've seen maybe with the exception of the 3rd rounder. But their always a toss up at that point. LA is stacked on the LHD in the system, maybe Gustav Bouramman (RD) would be better or hope for Trenin/Spacek to fall.
