Always a crap shoot in the draft after the first few but I will take the player who is fast, big and gritty who at the least will become a big bodied bottom 6 forward over a guy who may score 30 or never play a game in the NHL

I like all those things too. Not a super fan of the smaller players, though they can't be ignored. You have to have a healthy balance. You need some sand paper in there as well. You need guys like Pastarnak but they can't all be like that. The Bruins as they are built right now are a little lacking in the snarl department.

Truth is, I went in hoping to get Beecher but when I saw Kaliyev fall that far down I changed my mind. I am a fan of the bigger players, guys like Beecher are my kind of hockey player. Kaliyev isn't small either and has skill to burn. The knock on him, and probably why he fell is he's know to drag his feet at times but his skill level is rare.

Even when the Bruins drafted Senyshyn, I reluctantly drank the Kool-Aid cause I'm all about about big , fast , skilled players but 4 years later I see him struggle and all those chosen after him producing. I need a few answers, I'm not getting any that make a lick of sense to me.

Can't defend the pick at #15
I'm not his biggest fan
However he's working hard and has improved quite a bit
Despite the naysayers he's 50/50 to make the team,he'll get a very long rope
He's had a unique development path in Providence
Lines 1-3 have around the same ice time
Don't read into him being on the third line as catastrophic
Midway through the season was on 2nd PP unit and on the PK,I thought he looked good there
*Needs a decent center*
His 4th line time wasn't lack of development or punishment but more lets see if he can create his own offense or carry a lower line, I was left wanting...
Biggest question for me is his in game consistency needs big improvement, dominant one period, uninvolved next 2
He is the rawest prospect Ive ever seen
His CHL team did him no favors
My prediction, makes the team out of camp, starts fast
plays with Coyle, 15 goal max
Plays with Krejci 20 goal max
Plays with Bergeron 20 goal max and a +40

great recap, by the way. most folks who haven't really seen zach play should read this 10 times over.
good timing for him if he bags 20 goals, too. RFA after next season.

If Senyshyn makes the team out of camp, 10-15 goals and 25-30 points would be a good rookie start. I think he could get it done anywhere in the Top 9.

If Senyshyn plays in Boston this season and puts up 20 goals will people finally stop bitching about the 2015 draft? This is the real question.

I will , all I want to see is a productive NHL player that makes an important contribution in whatever capacity it might be.

A player like Kuraly who isn't exactly lighting it up is a very important player on this team IMO. There are different roles and different ways to contribute. Find one.

Just throw me a bone, gimme something to make the 4 year wait worth it. Not only will I shut up the 15th pick but if he scores 20 on the regular , I'll likely be his biggest fan.

He needs to be more than Chuck Kobasew to validate the pick in the 2015 draft.

20 goals is a (big) start at least especially if he did it as a rookie.
