usa!! im not sure actually. but there are some good players from usa. my guess its actually russia.

It has to be Canada. Other countries can have strong birth years but Canada is almost always ahead of the pack. Even if it doesn't seem that way in the draft year itself, Canada's depth usually comes into play when a bunch of guys who weren't hyped up become NHL players down the line.
