Half a dozen at least, but brilliant goal. Someone should have stopped him there, poor defending.

Are we allowed to laugh at W-Bissanka here?

Should because he was absolutely awful the whole game. A year and a half ago people were trying to pump him up over Alexander-Arnold.

Foden on the other hand is very, very good. The Choudhury tackle was pretty stupid from such a promising young player, he played well until then.

Yeah really bizarre from Choudhury; everything I've seen from him makes him look very, very promising.

I didn't expect him to be as good as he has been. I like him a lot.

Same, he's adapted very well to the PL. Pretty much played as a 6 when Choudhury got sent off. Poor and stupid tackle. He's the only natural DM in the squad too. Missing Lewis Cook with his ACL injury and Rice with the seniors.

Ikone was cutting inside and beating Dasilva easily a few times. Wan-Bissaka poor too, gave the ball away in the first half which lead to a chance that Dembele should score. Tomori's poor pass lead to the ball being back in penalty area and Choudhury's bad tackle.

Foden, Maddison and Henderson were England's stand outs. Clarke-Salter decent too.

Disappointing tournament for Belgium with two losses. Team lacks killer mentality. They dominated Poland for 90 mins but basically conceded 3 goals on 3 chances. And today against Spain even though they were pushed back on their own half for large parts of the game, they had several excellent opportunities on the counter attack but failed to convert and in the end were outdone by the class of Ceballos and Fornals.

It's a solid team but I don't see many guys making the eventual NT. Also, the two most important players on this team missed out on the EC because of injuries, Zinho Vanheusden and leading scorer Landry Dimata. Other than that both midfielder Orel Mangala and forward Lukebakio (both are playing in Germany already) look good.

Poland surprise and beat Italy 1:0 and despite being outplayed in both their matches top the group with 6 points. Italy and Spain on 3 (Italy better H2H) while Belgium cannot win the group/qualify for the Olympics

This throws this group into a mess because its possible it can be a 6-6-6-0 finish. Poland control their own destiny and need a point in their final match with Spain to win the group. Spain and Italy must win regardless. If Spain win and Italy fail to beat Belgium, they will win the group. If both ESP/ITA win then the top three will have 6 points and it would go to a three team mini-group. Italy is in the best shape if that happens as long as Spain doesn't win by multiple goals against Poland.

What a rocket from Fornals, but damn, how are you just going to let a guy walk up to your penalty area like that?

French U21 NT will see changes in its lineup for the next game after a somewhat disappointing game against England (even with the 3 points).
Bamba of course is out for the tournament afte rhe got butchered in the box. Thuram will replace him in the lineup.
Also out will be Aouar who was really not good and Ballo Toure who suffered defensively. Ntcham and Malang Sarr will take their place.
