Discussion in 'NHL Draft - Prospects' started by mazzman17, Mar 28, 2011.
sometimes its debatable...
who do you feel your teams best prospect is and why?
first define prospect
player that is playing in your system or you have rights to, not currently playing in the nhl
For the Rangers: Chris Krieder
Best prospect has to be El Nino for the Islanders. But there are the unknowns of Petrov and Kabanov.
Underrated: Tyson Barrie & Brad Malone
Tough, we got so many good ones.. but those two are the elite ones at the moment (Bjugstad, Howden, Shore, Petrovic etc.).
Taking out Kadri and Reimer? Gets debatable, but
I'll say Jake Gardiner over Joe Colborne.
David Rundblad/Jared Cowen
Robin Lehner is not too far off
Agreed, with all 3 of Kadri, Reimer, and Aulie (to a lesser extent) in the NHL right now, it's between Gardiner and Colborne. I think Gardiner is the better prospect, Colborne has more potential, but is more unlikely to reach it.
yeah its hard to decide between those two.
Not playing in the NHL means it can't be Eller, Subban or Pacioretty.... So Louis Leblanc
Tarasenko / Schwartz / Allen / Cole
HM: McNabb, Foligno, Pysyk
this pretty much
Hodgson, then Schroeder.
For the Capitals:
Kuznetsov. Orlov if you think Kuznetsov's recent comments are too scary (which I don't).
Jack Campbell or the Glennie for Dallas.
Separate names with a comma.
