The Naki
Got pretty bored so I went through my old **** and found the first single I was ever given

My Auntie gave me a single of Riders on the Storm from the Doors on vinyl, then I got the old record player cranking

My kids are getting a musical education, the little buggers can't get away from it either

Chopin's Ballade No. 1. A memorable scene from the movie "The Pianist":

Evgeny Kissin's performance is one of the best on recording:

Kodaly's Cello Sonata, Op. 8, first movement performed by Yo-Yo Ma, perhaps the most moving and powerful cello sonata ever written:

Bach's Chaconne, Partita No. 2 BWV 1004 performed Hilary Hahn. It is speculated that Bach wrote this for his wife, and mother of seven of his children, after he found out she had passed away when he returned home from a long trip.

what bars did u go to back in the day?

Not much of a bar guy...never gotten drunk in my life...but I did enjoyed asking the girls for an innocent skate around when the slow tunes played at the local roller skating rink after Saturday school.

A delicious piece! I don't think there's anything that sounds as good as a Cello played well. I'm more partial to the late/post romantics. I actually studied music composition in undergrad so seeing some classical posted here was a nice surprise. Here's a couple more.

Man, can this guy write!!!

I know a guy that's got a lot to lose.
He's a pretty nice fellow but he's kind of confused.
He's got muscles in his head that ain't never been used.
Thinks he own half of this town.
Starts drinking heavy, gets a big red nose.
Beats his old lady with a rubber hose,
Then he takes her out to dinner and buys her new clothes.
That's the way that the world goes 'round.
That's the way that the world goes 'round.
You're up one day and the next you're down.
It's half an inch of water and you think you're gonna drown.
That's the way that the world goes 'round.
I was sitting in the bathtub counting my toes,
When the radiator broke,…
I was sitting in the bathtub counting my toes,
When the radiator broke, water all froze.
I got stuck in the ice without my clothes,
Naked as the eyes of a clown.
I was crying ice cubes hoping I'd croak,
When the sun come through the window, the ice all broke.
I stood up and laughed thought it was a joke
That's the way that the world goes 'round.
