So what I gather is that nobody is listening to Taylor Swift's new album then
Seems to me that all the female acts nowadays are just the children of three people,
Cherilyn Sarkisian aka Cher,
Deborah Harry aka Blondie,
Madonna Louise Ciccone aka Madonna.
The first time I heard of Lady Gaga's song Bad Romance, I did not know who was singing, I thought it was Cher.
Then I thought it was Madonna. But the leather lungs made me think it was Cher who had a new song out.
Lady Gaga serenades the Clintons.
This was her first big hit, and she was an unknown.
When I first saw this person singing on TV, with those sounds and those moves, I realized right then and there, that times were a-changing. She changed everything it seemed.
As for me . . . I transitioned . . . into a dinosaur shortly after . . .
Dunno if posted yet
saw them at Varsity Stadium, killer live band.
Couple of real rippers here
nice video, hard to believe Lemmy was in a psychedelic band prior to forming Motorhead, talk about taking a hard right hard turn, enjoy............
This is simply outstanding!
Cannot believe they are the same guys! Cannot believe they still playing!
Maybe they were being subversive this song. I always thought they were Christian rock music?
They must have transitioned sometime long ago . . .
The Bellamy Brothers - Let Your Love Flow (circa 1976)
I thought this was christian rock haha. I kid
Quiet Riot liked this tune this is some of my go to when AC/DC was coming on the scene.you can’t buy,beg or steal being born into this. Awesome era to grow up for sure.
The unheralded Mclauchlan
saw him in Collingwood last winter, sadly he spent more time talking Liberal trash than playing music, it's so disappointing when people you admire turn out to be nothing like their music..............
Ohh no ha. That’s b.s for sure man. I hope you can still enjoy a good tune. Thats like elton john promising a free Toronto show because the sound was so rotten years ago and didn’t stand for his word.
Lockdown brought me to this.
My band released a new song which I immediately turned into a UFC tribute video.
I actually have this in my playlist. Its funny watching people expression when they hear it. This is Eugene Melnyks national Anthem ( just the first song. It continues to others for some reason ha)
I saw Slade many years ago opening for Johnny Winter And at MLG
Nice what a grand combo. I last seen Johnny Winters at Stages in Kingston 12 years ago. What a awesome venue that was for Winters. Right on top of it.
