Here's mine (don't judge me, it's the best song ever IMO which you know means my opinion)
My theme song ...
I'm about to watch that, but forgot about my SECOND favourite song of all time (thanks youtube shit on the side for keeping me up all night)
added bonus its about as long as 10 normal songs
alos just realized this isnt the actual pompeii footage just a still footage, highly recommend watching footage with song if interested
absolutely love it.
I used to work in a record store, and was blaring Ummagumma and a guy came in and immediately complained about it, then I told him it was Pink Floyd and he shut the f*** up. Making musical noise isnt new.
Here's one that get's me as far as lyrics
i think i like rain street the most of all their songs. cant claim to be a massive fan but enjoy most of their songs.
also there is a great documentary about Shane MacGowan, its a little depressing how much of an alcoholic he is though. its called "if i should fall from grace"
yep my dad is the superfan, and i grew up all my life in the car listening to pink floyd on family trips or him taking me to various sports i played. My dad was (probably still is) part of an online community that make and share around bootlegs of pink floyd gigs so ive heard probably every version of every song live at some point. I guess it stuck with me, as a kid i didnt really listen to it but as soon as became an adult i would take his CD's for my car and now i have google play and have pink floyd ready to go at a moments notice
One of the greatest bands of all time
Post all you music videos here.
Didn't mean to double post that. Someone delete
I couldn't resist *runs*
Huge SRV fan, best damn guitar player I ever heard.
When it comes to incredible guitar players, i'd just like to throw this out there
Fun tune for anyone that got to stay home for layoff
I think most of us know someone like this:
Know what i think ha
Ah, yes, many, many great guitarists out there, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai are two notables.
I was lucky enough to see this band live 28 years ago, wicked guitar work.
