XHL is a new league starting that will be running a custom database with 22-28 teams depending on interest, and will be simmed to 2040 with the prospect generator to have a fresh start with great drafts.
Team choice will be purely cosmetic and are on a first come, first serve basis. New players are welcome and will be assisted. Once signups are complete work will go into creating the database (this will take a few days).
Rules will be similar to established leagues, but I am still hammering out the details and putting others to vote.
