On the shoulders of giants,
they stand tall.
Unconquerable. Unyielding.
Marching ever forward,
A force united.
One quest. One purpose. One resolve.
Seeking glory through grit.
Victory through valor.
The DC Defenders. Taking their stand.
February 2020.

I like the Dragons and Vipers monikers, feel like both are underutilized in the pro game (respect to the former Detroit Vipers), but the rest just seem generic to me. They feel like auto generated franchise names for a videogame.

Like the Vipers name. Dallas's logo looks like an inverted rendition of the old Ottawa Renegades.

Speaking of Renegades and going by to my old toy collecting days

I'll call the New York and Dallas match up the Gobot-bowl :D

BATTLEHAWKS ASSEMBLE!

Seriously though people are outraged here in STL. Sounds a little like a giant rival of ours in a different sport, does it not?

Meh at least y'all got football back. Be glad.

Rams and Seahawks never had that big of a rivalry anyway.
