Thought the same thing....the look on Roy's face was cocky!
Looking at the top 5 Preds hits on OTF, Tootoos hit on Frolik. That's was "in my opinion" a very questionable hit....probably no penalty just like Downie?

The hit on Frolik was actually legal. He just checked right through him. Now other hits I'll agree with that were borderline or illegal but that one was clean.
