-graphics overhaul (they showed him a 2k17 entrance side by side with a 2k18 and Denk says its worlds apart, like watching a video game vs watching TV)
-commentary team is now Cole, Saxton and Graves
- promo engine being overhauled again
- backstage free-roam in career mode
- close to 200 superstars (150 in 2k17)
- backstage brawling expanded with new areas (and will be possible online)
- Universe mode has been rebuilt (for the brand split. there wont be an in game draft, but editing rosters still possible)
- career story will be reworked
- rivalries will be more organic. feuds will start for a reason, not randomly
- moving opponents around is overhauled
- new "positioning system" so the AI is less derpy based on the environment
- 8 man matches now possible
- updated Elimination Chamber model

Sounds pretty awesome. Was really hoping for a GM mode, but I guess we'll see what they mean by Universe being rebuilt for the split.

Backstage free roam, as well as career being reworked, and the promo engine being improved has me very excited for Career.

In theory it sounds fantastic but I'll definitely wait for reviews. I love the actual gameplay in terms of wrestling a match but the other areas were still lacking.

I just want the wrestling to be more fluidic like it was oh about 10 years. It's supposed to get better every year not worse.

NHL is apparently getting Frostbite next year.

WWE is on 2K's highest engine already. Same one as NBA. Though I believe they said the graphics are just getting to NBA level this year.
