Are we gonna not be suck tonight?
I support not having Cup winners in gdt titles.
I love this match-up.
7-0-0 in the last 7 against the Wild. Ovechkin has 11 goals and 7 assists in those 7 games.
Guess who's back
Not even remotely surprised about this.
Get Tommy Tom Tom back in the lineup tonight. Hopefully he proves to be the spark the guys need right now.
Release the kraken!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely looking forward to reading the explanation that comes with this decision...hopefully it makes sense...
Oh,, and for those of you that peruse the 'mains'(i dont)...have fun !!
Nice! Had 10-14 games in mind at the beggining, but didn’t think it would be reduced after the 20. Screw you bettman! Let the resurgence of good hockey begin!
GDT - Stanley Cup Champion Tom Wilson @ Boudreau's non-big cup holders.
Thread title currently violating board rules. Get that cup winner back in there!
Hopefully 43 can help fix this PK.
So...does this mean we see 8-92-43?
Lines for tonight?
Back to game 5 of Cup finals, Boyd in for Beagle sound right?
Also Jaskin for Bura
Tough call because Dowd has been a big minute PK'er, can Willy just jump back in to 20 minutes a game?
So... who gets nacho duty? Burakovsky? DSP? Dowd?
Ask and you shall receive.
I like this. Not a huge Jaskin fan. Plus, scratching Bura could become problematic.
Last chance for Burakovsky.
ES Comparison (this isn't pretty):
D zone starts: 53.8%
D zone starts: 44.8%
D zone starts: 50.4%
D zone starts: 57.3%
D zone starts: 54.5%
D zone starts: 60%
Boyd (small sample size):
D zone starts: 50%
Another surprising stat was Eller at ES... 5.4 GA/60 which is nearly twice as bad as anyone else on the roster. Unlike Burakovsky he atleast produces something offensively, though. He still needs a lot of work on his defensive game if they want to stop the bleeding defensively.
maaco is a straight up baller representing in the Wilson thread on the mains.
Why isn't he like that here?
Top line Tommy time!
