Yes, but he is good bottom six player.

7 goals and 16 assists in just 62 games last season.

And those are only the numbers. He looks better than his stats show.

How is he AHL guy ? He hasnt played there for three years.

I liked him in LA. He is a great bottom 6 energy player. The money will be interesting here, LA had a lukewarm interest in re-signing him, but declined to give him a qualifying offer after discussing terms. Either that or they just decided to have an extra spot for the youngsters.
