Worst Pro Hockey Team 2010-11 season

I want to know what the worst Pro hockey team is so far this 2010-11 season!! I did some searching and found that the Louisiana IceGators have a 7-23 record through 30 games for a .233 win percentage.

Can anyone find a worse team in pro Hockey for this season

AND

What is the worst winning percentage of all time for a Pro Hockey team in a full season??
