Ugly win but we'll take it. Avs need to clean up some things in front of the net and in the corners. A little too much running around, a little too much traffic at times, and some lost battles in the slot.

After going 53%, 63%, and 67%, Jost finally had an off night on draws. Went 2 out of 11 for 18%. Ouch.

What do you guys think of Heinskanen?

I think he's going to be a top-pairing d-man...maybe even more than that.

It's going to take him some time to get acclimated to the NHL but I'll be surprised if he doesn't end up on the top pair with Klingberg by the end of the season.
