Congrats Russia. That being said Canada must decide whether they are trying to win this tournament or build development. If they wanted to win why have 3 teams, have just one. If, however, they are more interested in development why cut down from five to three. It is like Hockey Canada doesn't really know what it wants. Personally, I would have preferred them to stick with five teams and wait until the under 18s to cut down.
