I was at the 05 final, that team made Ovi and Malkin look like Torgo and Stewie.

Can't believe the best WJC team ever got shutout.

1 shot in the third period. That was a hell of a shell.

That shell reminded me of that Olympic game a few years ago with Germany vs Canada in the semis and Germany had a 2 goal lead going into the 3rd and just turtled. I think it was like 15 shots to 1 and Canada scored 3 goals to win it.

Thankfully this time Canada was kept out of the net

In the last 9 years it’s essentially rotated between Canada, USA, & Finland for gold.

Canada - 2015, 2018, & 2020
USA - 2013, 2017, & 2021
