Interesting, Finland places rather high. Although that's partly an artefact caused by Soviet Union breaking up and becoming Russia, ditto with Czechoslovakia. What about germany? Are those figures combined for East, West and unified Germany?

Mostly Russia and Soviet Union are count together, which makes them topping this table. So probably Canadians would like to see this table as them topping and have counted those separatedly ;)
