It happens before all big events. The board will be renamed before the Olympics and World Championships as well.

The International Tournament's Forum gets renamed and moved to the top of the board for all major tournaments. That has been our policy for the last 6 years. When it's time for the Olympics it'll be renamed for that. ALL International Tournament info may be posted here.
