The NHL is working ever so hard to get a deal cut out between them and the IIHL, BASICALLY, the IIHL WANTS 12.5 MILLION (U.S.) annualy to fund a IIHL development.

The NHL had agreed to that deal, but it was rejected by Russia and Czech Republic, so they are working on a new deal to address those concerns.
