Not only Radulov, but also skillful Russians Sergei Ogorodnikov and Roman Voloshenko will start appearing on top 10-15 lists soon after the World U18s.

Why? Because they can light up Norway? I'm more interested in how they perform in thier leagues back home. I haven't heard too much hype about that.

Both have been on the upgrade all year. They both looked good at the 5-nations in Feb. and word from Russia is that both have been taking more dominant roles on their Russian teams since then and are expected to be dominant in the World U18s (and so far..well Norway, as you say, but...).
Redline has hyped Ogorodnikov recently and Voloshenko has been getting a lot of press from Russia. These guys seem to rank higher in Russia than Lisin, who doesn't seem to have improved at the same rate (although he's still a good project).
