Wow, nice schedule....I can't wait to watch especially the USA (who are one of the favourites imo). Anyone can give me the wjc's schedule for tsn? I'm a bit too lazy...

I don't like the fact that Germany has to play Slovakia after the USA-game. Now Germany has back-to-back games while Slovakia is rested - not to mention the likely loss against team USA - and if there is one team in the group Germany has a small chance of winning against, it's Slovakia.

They already managed to beat them twice this season. Though I don't know whether Slovakia was playing with close to the same roster as they are now.

I just hope that there aren't any surprises in the other group. If, which is likely, Germany has to go to the relegation round, playing against a big nation would be deadly.

The schedule is unfair but it would be easier to stomach if four teams made the crossovers and the division had 12 teams. I am not at all a fan of the current setup.

I would say the Germans will play to win and see what happens. If the game falls apart they will roll the lines and save energy for the Slovaks.
