Pronman:
Francis on first looks has an NHL profile. He’s big, skates well, has good hands and has some push back. His hockey sense scares away a lot of scouts but he has some wow-caliber flashes.

Ouch. Would really like to see another camera angle of this, it's as if he's going for a big hit and just whiffs on it completely...

Seems to me like Francis expected Hughes to wrap around the net, not cut back towards to crease.

how was he projecting this year? That is heartbreaking..
He only played 10 games this year. He got suspended for a few and then he tore his meniscus. By all accounts, he was looking pretty good. Surprisingly good skater for someone as big as he is.

Awful news to hear, though. Hope he makes a full recovery.

Some of Will's teammates reached out to Ryan Whitney, and he talked about the situation on Spittin Chiclets (at 26:15 of yesterday's episode). Sounds like he's a great kid. Tough guy, too.
