At this point Ben Arfa is just being stupid. He won't have any playing time under Emery, he must know by now.

    1/ He's a boyhood PSG fan.
2/ He expects Emery to get fired soon (which is what most people think by now).

One thing's for sure, no loss, no struggle will keep Emery from ignoring certain players and start other who have played like ****. He's the most stubborn coach I've ever seen. Some would call it complete stupidity.

China is trying to do a Soviet-style industrial revolution in regards to their soccer landscape so it's going to be crazy until they figure out how to balance it out.

How will all these players enjoy their millions', when each one is going to catch mesothelioma?

    It isn't just the city.

The League is terrible. Flying in family from France to Madrid is much different than from France to Beijing.

The problem with the Chinese league is that the actual Chinese players are horrible. There was a time when they would pay average J and K league players to come be their stars, but now it's actually good players to come play in this joke league.

Actually the best thing that the Chinese league could do is lift the AFC player restriction rules so that they can buy all of the best players from Japan and Korea. While the talent in J and K league isn't that good, it's watchable and would take CSL from just being a joke league. Plus the destruction of the J league is one of my footballing dreams.

Club Brugge have signed CSKA Moscow forward Carlos Strandberg

He's a fun player in FM and still only 20 years old, but I've no idea how good he is IRL

The average American players were horrible before Beckham came over.

Same with Japanese players before they imported Brazilians.

Cubas on the verge of a loan move to Pescara. Hasn't played at Boca much which is a shame. Hopefully, he gets the minutes he needs.

There's something fitting about that last name going to Gladbach.

Mainly envy I guess. Their league, their player development, and their long term vision are some of the best in the world, and the failure of J league is the only way that I think they don't become a meaningful world player over the next couple decades.

American players aren't any better. MLS needs to push real youth development

Why is he not playing? I read in several places that he's one of the best Argentinian prospects, and perhaps the Mascherano successor.

Torino signed Iago Falque to a permanent deal and got Juan Iturbe on loan with an option to buy.

Boca are/were on a run for the league title. They have better options and are not in position to let a 20 year old develop in the process. He's played for their reserve squad. He's talented but no Ascacibar is Masch's replacement. The comparisons are pretty remarkable. Almost identical.

HBA needs to go back to Nice or go to Favre's old club to make magic happen with Raffael.

What's even more ridiculous is yesterday's game in Tunis, a friendly game.
PSG didn't start most south americans (came back later than the others), so Emery had to start Ben Arfa as #9 (obviously not his position). He also didn't start Augustin. And Nkunku at RW
Turns out HBA was probably their best player and Augustin scored a beauty.
Yet both will go back to the bench in favor of Di Maria or Motta.

Lots of steam about Memphis Depay to Nice on loan (10M€ buying option).
If there's a place to turn around your career right now, it's Nice.
Nice could also manage to get Luis Gustavo to replace Seri (AFCON).

Not thrilled about letting Depay got for only 10M, but he basically doesn't exist right now so it's not really a loss for the playing squad.
