Guys I'm starting to think this team might not be that good...

They'd be a lot better if they didn't insist on forcing players to play to their weaknesses. It would be great if Connor or Pionk would develop their defensive games, but it hasn't happened and it's been hurting this team for years.

It also doesn't really feel like there's any attempt to even mitigate it through systems or playing with players to cover for them.
