Goalie assist are weird stats.ECHL players that (kind of) matter:
Glover 1A
Ustaski 1A
Berdin, 24/26, shorthanded primary assist on the GWG
OHL:
Chisholm 2A, at 9 pts in 10 GP.
AJHL: Wong 1G in the 2nd (Also had 2G last night)
USHL:
Smith 1G1A in the 3rd
NCAA:
Samberg 1G
QMJHL:
Gawanke 1A

Samberg with 4 shots on goal, tied for tops on his team tonight.Samberg scores his first of the year. Considering he got injured in game one, didn't play game two, and was kicked out early in the second period of game three, we'll just say he's playing in game #1.5 tonight
No David Gustafson today for HV71?
High risk / low return type of play.Oh, that couldn't have gone horribly wrong. If Berdin doesn't get enough height on that pass, this is probably on every sports channels' Plays of the Week. Or Month.
Saw an article saying he hurt himself in that conditioning game, not that bad this time though. Not sure what the deal was, maybe still hurting. He played a game last week with the J20 team which I assume was conditioning of some sort and then was MIA for the SHL game.
Agree. If the Jets can get a couple of good NHLers out of their current CHL / NCAA prospect pool, that will be big. I like Samberg and Kovacevic - both are big, mobile and smart.I'm liking the play of our d prospects in college and junior to start the year. Perhaps we will get a couple of players out of them.

Chisholm and Vallati selected for the OHL-Russia series roster. Seems like Vallati might play both games.
