Khan says we are trying to move up as high as 3 for Zadina or Bouchard.

I love moving up for Zadina. I don’t think Bouchard, Hughes, Dobson or Boqvist are separated enough to justify moving up to 3 to take one of them though.

There is no way Phoenix is going to pass on Tkachuk with Tocchet as their coach. I am fine with taking Dobson at 6 if Bouchard is gone.

If the Wings truly believe the grouping of players at 3-8 is so close, they would have no real reason to move up.

So which is false: that they think the players are close together, or that they're moving up? I'd say it's the latter.

My Ken Holland theory is that the rumors we hear about usually come from tire kicking, and not actual offers or intent.

Every GM is going to do their due diligence to see the price to move up into the top 3. This is probably what Kenny is doing and the media is reporting it for clicks.

Chicago has the #8 and #27 pick this year. So i'd probably do the #6 pick for that.

EDIT: I will say this; Holland is a new player on the whole rebuild team. It'll be interesting to see how he conducts the franchise.

I'd rather use AA to move up from 30 or 31. 4th to 10th is pretty muddy this year and we really shouldn't be moving up to 3 to grab Zadina.
