Gustav Nyqvist has officially been traded. The return 3rd liner Ryan Strome, and a Minnys 3rd round pick in 2019.

This brings in a cost controlled younger player, as well as another pick in which we can either use in trade leverage to move up or acquire a young player/prospect, or draft a prospect.

Det 1st can move but would have to be an offer impossible to pass up

Not long term options if your just looking for short term. Both Boyle, and Byron come with solid resign options well Stone is likely just a let walk to FA.

Unlike Zajac and Backes these guys contracts won't hamper you long term
