Who would be the 3rd greatest Finnish NHL'er??

Jere, Esa, Teppo, Saku and Kimmo, roughly in that order. Jyrki and Olli would follow. Too bad Reijo's career was a bit short, cause he could have ended right at the top of that list.

Where he ends up on that list will be determined by the rest of his career. Kiprusoff had an absolutely spectacular start to his career, obviously, giving a Conn Smythe-level performance during his first NHL season in 2004, and winning the Vezina with a dominant 2005-06 campaign. But he has slipped a few notches over the past few seasons, and never has quite returned to being a top-3 goalie in the game, as he was early in his career. Tght now, he's probably at best a top-10 goalie, and isn't close to the top-5. The obvious problem IMO is that he has been significantly overworked since 2005-06, playing between 73-76 games every year since the lockout. Couple that with a Flames organization that has been all over the place, namely in terms of coaching and roster turnover, and you have a difficult situation.

Right now, I would say Kipper ranks behind Kurri, Selanne, Lehtinen, and Tikkanen, just based on career accomplishments. If he has a strong rest of a career, I can see him possibly passing Lehtinen for the third spot, but that will be very difficult unless he puts together another spectacular playoff run.

Saku Koivu is 3rd on my all Finish team. Tikkanen might be the 4th best forward followed by Sandstrom.
