Will scoring increase or decrease in the 2019-20 season?

Last year 7,358 goals were scored in the NHL with the league averaging 244 GF per team. 28 players broke the 80 pt plateau. Will there be more scoring or less in the 2019-20 NHL Regular Season?

I think last year was the norm. The league is more attractive with high scoring and they know it. I say it stays the same.
