Will Hutchinson have to clear waivers?

So when Andersen and Sparks returns can Toronto send Hutchinson down to the AHL without going through waivers?

If the answer is yes then Hutch will probably be sent down because Toronto isn't going to risk losing Sparks to waivers

If the answer is no then I really think Toronto has a difficult decision to make... again
