Cool, and when that falls through someone point out to him that soccer isn't the only option in Arizona, and that the NHL is more likely to play in the next winter Olympics, in China.

And hockey's rules are similar to soccer, so if you close your eyes and simply listen to a game, it will sound like a soccer game, albeit a rather rough one.

This is good news for the bid. I admire the hustle. Guys are working hard to make MLS a reality. When things are looking bleak they have another card to play.

Phoenix Rising is making their push, they have played New York, Colorado, and they have another preseason game against an MLS team. Has that been a normality?
