Now, if only it was properly disposed of in the first place so they wouldn't have access to it.
The debris, washed to sea from streets, sewers and landfills, collects algae as it bobs up and down in the water, and the algae emit a sulfur scent similar to the odor that algae produce when they’re being eaten by krill, a favorite meal of seabirds.
Sigh.
