First, we goalies put alot of pressure on ourselves to be perfect. [... ]It's not until we are off the ice and the goalie brain has shut down that we can let it go. ... etc...

Thanks for explaining about the goalie brain. Just like I've discovered I don't like going to the bench between periods (especially if I'm doing really well). It's not a snub, I just don't want to do anything that might break my focus.
