Why are The Blacks so much worse than The Whites?

Seriously. The Blacks are a hideous Caucasian family that happen to be my next door neighbors to the right of me and all they do is create chaos and noise every single night while I try to sleep.

Meanwhile The Whites, a beautiful African American family of four on the other side of my house are incredibly wholesome and are always available to help out with some nasty home repairs or car issues.

So what gives? It's incredibly frustrating and I don't know what to do. Should I get the police involved next time the Blacks act out?
