There’s a good chunk of an obnoxious, victim card playing, arrogant fan base that I could do without though.

Washington's the one team that would ruin my summer if they won the Cup. Everyone else I'd be kind of "meh, whatever". But Washington? I got drunk a lot during the summer of 2018 so it would pass by in a blur.

I tend to only dislike teams after a rough playoff series or two, particularly if they're the better team and it's frustrating to watch. I hated the Hawks for a bit for this reason. But the Canucks have been too bad for too long that I'm pretty indifferent to most other teams at this point except for some being more interesting to watch than others.

Voted Montreal. Even though they haven’t been as relevant to the Leafs as the Bruins have due to recent playoff history, I think I just respect the hell out of the Bruins as an organization, so I don’t dislike them as much as the Habs.

I picked the leafs, and really there should no hate there at all since they play in different conference than the oilers and only play them twice a year, so I don’t hate the team per say.

I hate the fact that their fan base is so undeservedly arrogant, considering the last time they won anything or even made a final was when there was only 6 teams in the league. Add to that the media, which is based out of Toronto, shoves the leafs down everyones throat at every turn, constantly overrating the players, covering stories that are complete garbage just because they’re about the leafs (like weeks of articles about Matthews growing a porn stache ffs) and assuming everyone wants to hear or read that trash.

My hate for the leafs is completely and totally created by the media and the fans of that team.

The Leafs coverage by our media is nothing but negative press, like to a repetitive degree, its nothing but criticism and opportunistic passive-aggressive shots at whoever f***ed up in some way the previous game. No, what I am actually saying is that the leafs get a disproportionate amount of media coverage, I don't care if its positive or negative. I dont read the articles, I see the headlines when I open TSN or Sportsnet, Leafs articles outnumber every other teams articles combined 2 to 1. Its bloody ridiculous.

Well it was Nashville for a couple years after the last Anaheim-Nashville playoff series with San Jose firmly in the number two spot. Now, as a Vegas resident and with VGK's history with the Sharks it's pretty far and away San Jose at this point. Also helps that a lot of the more odious Nashville players I've disliked over the years aren't on the team anymore. Don't really hate any other teams. LA is more of a fan rivalry both between the Ducks and Knights.

I don't really hate any team. Obviously the Leafs are obnoxious but that's just to do with the media, not the team itself.

I do find a lot of teams really boring and uninteresting though. Teams like the Panthers, Canes, Coyotes and to a lesser extent the Devils, Wild, Isles, Habs. The first three just lack an identity and have never really been successful (outside of that 1 Cup the Canes won in '06).

As a Bruins fan (an older one) it will always be Montreal although there are a couple of Hab HF posters that I like.

I don't like the Flyers. The Nuck fans were annoying in 2011.

As a STH in Boston as far as fans go it is the Flyer's fans that are the worst.

Personally I don’t hate any team, not even sure anyone could hate a team. Certain fan bases yes are tougher to like b/c they're so arrogant & complain the NHL/refs is against them and even tougher still is when the media coverage of certain teams is far higher/greater (due to $$$) then their accomplishments are.
