I'm going to seperate drafted and undrafted guys:

drafted:

Stewart (great mix of skill and size)
Parise (just a ton of offensive talent)
Steen (hasn't scored much but is everywhere on the ice)

undrafted:

Ovechkin (not dominating but still performing well)
Malkin (lots of scoring abilitiy and an NHL-style build)
Olesz (more offensive production than I was expecting)
