...in your opinion?

I assume there must be an official award for the best KHL coach each year, but I assume not everyone has the same opinion on who deserves the award the most.

Everyone probably will have the same opinion and they really should. Znaroks - Vitolins combo has done amazingly much with very little.

Will Znaroks be coaching in Sochi?

How much cooperation will the KHL give the Olympics, in terms of freeing up players and personnel?

How long of a break will there be in the KHL schedule for the Olympics?

Off course Znaroks. With average but talented players he can reach everything. Look at Dynamo Moscow 2012 and 2013. The tactics, the hard work by the team, the never-give-up-mentality. Just brilliant work! :handclap:

No, he coached Latvian NT in Vancouver though. I think Bilyaletdinov (current Russian NT coach) would be a good competition to Znaroks but he's not a KHL coach anymore.

They have to be fully cooperative as long as KHL is under IIHF umbrella.

And schedule is yet to be released.

It is a very difficult choice between two coaches: Znaroks and Belousov.
As for so-called coaching rookie position - it's undoubtedly Dmitri Kvartalnov
