Where is this guy projected for next year's draft?

Right now he has 30+ goals as a 16 yr old for the Barrie Colts in the OHL. What are his strengths and what are any weaknesses?

How does he compare with Ryder from Peterborough?

Well, Little has been a huge suprise this season for the Colts. He's an outstanding offensive player. Oozes with skill.

The problem with Bryan Little, is well that he lives up to his namesake. He's only 5'10 at the moment, and IMO that's pretty generous. But at only 16 he has time to grow still.

Definitely a very interesting prospect.

Little has a late birthday making him 2006 ranked not 2005

Bryan Little is a small player (5'9 175) but he plays with alot of heart. He is very elusive and it is tough to tie him up. I live in Orillia, Ontario, which is 20 minutes from Barrie and have watched about 10 Colts games this year. He has becomes Barrie's best offensive player, even though he doesn't play on the first line. Remember this kid is 2006 eligible, he just turned 16 in November. I can't believe that any smallish European could possibly be ranked higher than him the 06 draft because he is fast, turns corners on a dime and plays with grit. 31 goals and counting is pretty good for a late 87 on a playoff team! He also had 9 points in the under-17 with Team Ontario for those of you who put a lot of faith in that tourney. I was at the game on Thursday. He scored those 4 goals in the 3rd period and recorded 12 shots on net in the game. There was also a late 87, 06 eligible defenseman on Barrie named Steve Spade who will be a top10 pick. He played alot of ice time and is a smooth skater. Bobby Ryan was invisible for the whole game.

If he continues to progress and grows even just an inch more then he will be a definate first round prospect in '06. He may be small but he does not play small and his offensive talents are unmatched by just about any other 87 with the exception of Crosby and Brule.

Almost a year younger than Brule and comparable offensive stats. How's his defensive game. If I read it right he has 3 short handed goals so he must be killing penalties.
