Who would make the best Commisioner in the NHL?

I love physical, hard forechecking hockey. It is what generates offense. But if people are going to be allowed to hook and hold and run intereference what did anyone think was going to happen? Scoring was going to go down.

Funny thing is that hooking, holding, stickwork and interference are more present in Europe, yet the fans over here often wish the play was "open" like in Europe.

Wayne will get the game back to where it was when he played. For Calgary, NJ, and other trap teams it sucks, but Hockey was meant to be played by scoring goals, not hugging and holdng... You do that on a date.
