as a Sabres fan I still root for Briere but I hate the Flyers. So i didn’t know what to do

I honestly love both of the guys Arizona picked tonight. My only issue was them not taking advantage of one of Philadelphia or Washington both wanting Michkov and leveraging something substantial out of it and still get Simashev at 7 or 8.

I really like what all the teams with multiple first round picks did in the first round. Among them I'd mention Chicago and St. Louis as getting some really exciting prospects.

Columbus for the sole fact that Anaheim lost their minds and didn't take Fantilli.

I feel so bad for Fantilli. But - he clearly wanted to play there. He's happy, so who the hell am I to feel sorry for him? At least I'll get to see him more often in the East, since I don't watch any Western teams.

Nashville had a very interesting first round. Wood is one of ''my guys'' but it's interesting that they drafted both one of the best skaters in the draft in Molendyk, and one of the worst in Wood.
