This could happen. Even though the first goal implies the score is 0-0 and that would make no sense for a goalie to be pulled at the end of the game, we have seen a surprising number of goals awarded to goalies when the opposing team pulls their goalie on a delayed penalty and scores on their own net with the goalie being the last player to touch the puck.
