A great two-way player, both one of the fastest and one of the smartest players in the league, could very well have won the Conn Smythe last postseason, and is off to another great start this postseason. And yet he almost never gets mentioned when people list the top centers in the game. He may not be as flashy as the likes of McDavid, Matthews, Eichel, et. al., but he’s a more complete player than any of them and he knows how to win when it counts.
