Mozart and beethoven are no Brainers. Rossini is interesting. Not a big opera fan but he wrote good overtures most people know who aren't even classical music fans. Strauss Jr wrote a lot of waltzes. Personal preference is to drop Rossini and Strauss Jr with those who wrote mammoth and significant Concerto works but that is just my opinion.
