Who had a better decade between Croatia and the Netherlands?

Both played in a major final. Netherlands also played in a semi final. Croatia only failed to qualify for one tournament in the decade, while the Netherlands failed to qualify for two.

I'm going to lean on Croatia more so because of how spectacularly the Netherlands failed from 2014-2017. You could reasonably argue the Dutch had a better run due to a good follow-up to the 2010 world cup in 2014 and the resurgence they had in the nations league.
