Speculation: Who gets the A if Pav leaves?

I've been wondering for a while, assuming Pav leaves next season who replaces his role as an Alternate captain? Dekeyser, Glendening and Green would be candidates in my books.

Give it to Dekeyser. He is the cornerstone of our defense. Calming influence (which seems to get letters in the past) and maybe a little boost on his loyalty towards the franchise for future contract talks.
